Office agent assistants

We stand up a practical agent assistant for a real office: scheduling, mail, notes, files, and follow-ups. That includes buying and arranging hardware, creating accounts, installing on-site, and — when the work cannot leave the building — local LLMs that run offline with no data sent to the public internet.

The failure mode

Most offices do not need a research lab. They need appointments kept, inboxes triaged, notes captured, and documents filed — without leaking client or patient data to a cloud model they do not control.

How Okita works it

We start from the desk, not the demo. Map the jobs, pick the smallest machine that can run them, buy or spec the hardware, stand up accounts, and install an agent harness with human review. Cloud models when the data is allowed to travel. Local, air-gapped or offline models when it is not — including layouts designed so PHI never has to leave the premises.

What you leave with

  • On-site or remote install of a small office agent assistant
  • Hardware procurement, workstation or mini-server spec, and account setup
  • Scheduling, mail, notes, and document workflows with an approval loop
  • Local LLM deployments that can operate offline for HIPAA-aligned offices
