LLM training, behavior & skills

We customize how an LLM behaves: tone, judgment, refusal lines, and the writing it produces. Then we give it skills — procedures, tools, and environment-specific tasks — so it can actually do the job in your stack, not a generic demo.

The failure mode

Off-the-shelf models write like a helpful stranger. They do not know your house style, your tools, or which shortcuts are forbidden. Prompting around that forever is not a skill system.

How Okita works it

We train and constrain. System policy, examples, fine-tunes or adapters when they earn their keep, evals against real tasks, and skill packs: how to file, how to brief, how to talk to your calendar, how to write the memo your environment expects. The model learns the room.
